I KNEW my freinds at Avast would come through!

Two days ago I received a notification from Adam Riley @ Avast support on case # XAP-831717 that their engineering teams were still working on a solution, but one may not be forthcoming as quickly as they had hoped and that he was going to process a refund request as quickly as possible for me.

I want to repeat what I have said so many times before!

I have been assured that my refund will be processed quickly, and I have in fact already been contacted by element5 with an indication that the paperwork is going through right now and I should have a refund within 3- 5 business days.
